We're playing @Hawaii in 2012. That allows for a 13th game to be scheduled. Would love to see Cinci in Boise! Cannot wait for this new conference to form up.

Nope. Boise has the option of playing 13 games next season because we have a game @Hawaii.

The Hawaii Exemption is a rule enacted by the NCAA that allows Division I football teams that play at Hawaii to schedule a 13th regular-season game. The rule also allows the Warriors to play an extra game.

The addition of the 13th game, usually a home game, means extra revenue for those teams which can be used to offset the travel costs. However, teams can also schedule an extra off-week if they desire.

Yeah Cincinnati played at Hawaii the year they went to the Orange Bowl. However it turned out to be a near mistake because it took a furious late rally for the Bearcats to defeat the Warriors, something about how they do things rubs me the wrong way, that team is very chippy.
