Ground rules
I normally do not post in the forums and restrict my communication on moderator issues to PMs, but since some posters feel the need to call-out moderators in a public forum, I thought it a good time to lay down or at least provide a reminder about some ground rules.
First, emussuperfan, you did not PM me or send me a message before I cleaned up Timbuk2's reputation rating. You sent a message to another mod and that was after I cleaned up his rating, which I likewise did for your rating. Please, everyone, let's not go around negative repping somebody because of disagreements.
Also, disagreements are not personal attacks.
More importantly, demands to know the name and address of posters will not be tolerated. I have deleted the thread wherein one poster was asking/demanding this information.
This forum was started to avoid the Mlive nonsense. Let's not let this forum degenerate to that level. Disagreements make for lively debate and discussion, as long as everything is kept in perspective.
With that said, HAPPY NEW YEAR! And go MAC!

RE: Ground rules
Thanks and thanks for what you and the other moderators do.
Good forums don't just happen.
