If our players need a reminder they don't need to be playing here. I don't see those idiots stopping the cheer however

The Ladies team requested them to start doing it because other schools were doing it and our female players thought it was pretty cool

Dungeons and dragons kids can get some serious play from the ladies at conventions; I can't say the same for the poster boy for b*tchers and moaners international.

There are emails of people to contact that I know you've seen so use them. If you don't want to send your concerns it would do you so much good to just STFU. There's no wonder why you failed at complaining about the same thing at BYB and tried to bring that same sh*t over here.

Weren't you the same guy who complained that the band cheered "Loyal and Bold we're the purple and gold" different from everyone else?

I like how he doesn't even care if the players requested it. I mean, don't you think if it were that big of an issue it would have been stopped by now? Maybe he likes to hear himself think out loud? Perhaps he was kicked out of the band earlier in
Iife and is just bitter.

If a chant like this hurts our team, then we'll be doomed as a team on the road. Memphis, Marshall, UCF and UAB are some tough places to play.

I have contacted them so I don't know why people assume that. And the girls team requested it and not the guys. Whether or not I ***** about it, really what is the point of the cheer. And patrick id love to see if you would say the same stuff you are saying to me next time we are in minges. I will say a word to you if you'd like

And it's weird, everyone in person I talk to about the cheer says they either hate it and if they don't they just shrug their shoulders. Then on message boards everyone loves it. I have done all I can to get it stopped but one person can't do much

And yes I did complain about the band changing up how they said the fight song. Nothing big but it was pointless to change how they said it just because "it's how it's written in the lyrics" instead of just doing it the way thousands of others have done for years

I agree it's stupid, distracting, and our FT% has gone up drastically since the band has been gone.

The fact is, they wouldn't still be doing it if Lebo thought the cheer was connected to the bad FT%

If you were smart about it, you old have waited until the band came back to really see if your theory holds water. The thing that bothers me the most about your claim is your attitude towards a group that probably doesn't know any better. Honestly does a chant make you that mad? Do you need to start a campaign to get it fixed just to appease your opinions? Sometimes it works better to just ignore it, at least until you can prove it when the band comes back.

Claims like this are definitely going to piss me off because of the time and effort I have put into the band program. If you want to discount that, fine...go ahead. But before you do that, I'd ask that you put yourself in mine and nomad's shoes. What's your personal vendetta against the band program?

How does that look for a coach if him or his players are blaming it on the band? Most athletes or coaches have too much pride to blame it on anything but themselves however even if it did not hurt our team it does not help us in any shape or form because it's not something the crowd even does because besides those on message boards most think it's dumb.
