Happy New Year! Some Ground Rules for 2012
First off a Happy New Year to all the posters on this forum! Second off, its time to reiterate the rules around here and show a commitment to getting this forum civil and constructive again.

1) You know the rules of copyrighted material, in the interests of not getting the Feds or whomever on the NCAAbbs administration's case please follow them.

2) If its smack take it to the Big East Smack Board or the Verbal Assault Area in the Lounge.

3) It its politics take it to the Big East Politics forum or the Spin Room in the Lounge.

4) We will be moving derailed threads either in part or in whole to the VAA or Big East Smack Board whichever is more appropriate with a renewed vigor. We will also not be hesitating to give out warnings and forum bans to chronic hooligans.

5) If you have a moderation problem please do not take it public please keep it between yourself and mods, supermods and/or admins. Consider this a friendly warning.

6) Incoming School Fans, Departing School Fans, and those of us who are still going to be here going forward are all welcome here before and after the moves are officially made. Stop taking things so personally and all will be well.

7) Since the football off-season will largely begin next week and set in completely after signing day in February I realize expansion speculation will achieve new heights. That being said all expansion related talk that isn't hard news of an imminent or occurring announcement should be kept to the Conference Realignment forum.

8) Last but certainly not least, please try and keep from posting duplicate threads on the same subject or article.

All sounds logical to me. Thank you.
