Coastal Carolina W 70-65 OT (3-0, 9-6)
Thoughts on the Coastal Carolina game on Monday?
I think this may be our most important game of the year so far. We really need a win at home and over one of the best teams in the conference.
All the fans who showed up at NC State need to show up Monday night.

Good game. Glad we were able to win.
Orange you were pretty close to being right- Won by 5.
When we get to 70 first we usually win as well.
A few more free throw shots made and better decisions at end of second half and we avoid overtime.
Overall great to get win over Coastal.

Nice win last night. Good to see we can win with Eric/Darren held in check. Trey was great, and Rico and Andrew hit a couple of big shots for us in the first half. Gotta make free throws!
Was especially happy to see us shut Raffa down after he hit two threes and danced/barked his way back up the court. Decent crowd too, if we can keep that up when the students return we should have a decent atmosphere.

He might be the Big South version of Lipscomb's Josh Slater from a few years ago. Also, #34 certainly made his presence known in his two minutes of play. I hardly even noticed Cliff at all.
Although I hated it went into OT, I was pretty confident we'd win it with the extra minutes. Should be a good re-match in February; we'll see if anymore CCU players are suspended in the meantime!
Great game, but the most energy spent wasn't by anyone on the court. Instead, it was by our guy in the student section! We need to come up with a name for him...maybe "Can Fan" or "The Energizer"?
