Like Murph said, it's just hard to believe. Super guy to me backchannel. It's sad what something like pain can do to someone, little by little it takes you. What G would tell anyone - as would I - if you are having back pain, I mean real pain that is chronic. Do everything you can to avoid them opening you up. Finding of Greg's passing just reiterates that thinking to me. I pray I get to see him again one day.

He'll be missed no doubt.
Gregg

I don't know if I ever "talked" with him on our beloved message boards but it seems like it would have been an enjoyable and I'm sure interesting conversation. May he Rest in Peace and enjoy his unique view from above.

Prayers for he and family.

RE: Gruehls has passed away
Wow, I am shocked and saddened by this news. I haven't logged in much this month and when I log in tonight I see the name change, I had no idea Gruehls was ill.

I had the fortune of meeting Mr Ruehlmann a few times at board events, and was very impressed by how witty, kind and generous he is. He definitely had a leadership quality to him and I could see him as someone to look up to.

Tomorrow I will think of him as I watch the UC game. While I have had to give up drinking somewhat due to some health issues, I will be sure to toast him. He will be missed, I am very saddened by this news.

I never really knew him, I only knew that he was a mod here. I've noticed that quite a few people on this board have been affected by his passing, so obviously he was a very influencing figure here.

My thoughts go out to his family, and it's apparent that we've lost someone very important to this community. Rest in Peace.

We had our political differences on the board but I never questioned his integrity or commitment to the things that truly matter. I am shocked and saddened by this news.
