Providence was ahead of WVU in The BEast standing. With y'all losing, WVU is now ahead of Providence in conference. Once the Mountaineers take care of Villanova tomorrow, WVU will also be ahead of St. John's and Notre Dame (Providence and Pitt too)...

The Pitt game on New Years day isn't the guaranteed loss I thought it would be, however I don't like that we'll be playing them pissed off...

Talk about an underwhelming performance from Pitt. Notre Dame did nothing before conference play. They beat 9 bad teams and lost to all 5 name teams they played. The Irish were 9-5 against only 3 opponents who are likely to be an NCAA team. Yet they dominated the Panthers.

We'll know a lot more in a few weeks, but Cuse, UofL, UConn, Marquette, and GTown appear to be a top 5 at the moment. The Hoyas have crumbled in league play several times recently though so it should be interesting. I do think we'll see some gaudy records from the top few teams.

I know Georgetown has some nice wins so far and is playing a big game versus Louisville right now, and yet I'm watching the Military Bowl anyway.

Yes because there isn't more to New York state, other than New York City. Large cities like Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton, etc. aren't apart of New York.

Yes there's absolutely nothing interesting about those two cities. One is the capital of the Empire State. The other houses a famous D1 athletics program.
