Yes indeed. As said before, Chryst isn't the strongest recruiter so its mandatory that he puts together a staff that can recruit very well.

I think this class is going to stay together just fine. Last year's class didn't have the leaders at the top trying to hold down the fort during the coaching search. Secondly, they had to deal with two coaching searches. The recruits seemed to hold OK after Wannstedt was fired to at least see what Haywood would offer but after we had to fire Haywood they left in droves.

Voytik and Shell have done a great job keeping the class together this year. They seem to connect with the other recruits and that's huge.
