Interesting...
I find it very interesting that there are now Cajun fans advocating rules that will keep posters on this board from referring to their school as anything other than their preferred branding.

Just playing devil's advocate here, but it seems to me that would be contrary to the belief system of a certain martyred former poster on this board as well as the beliefs of some of the other outspoken posters on this board who are a bit more conservative and often condemn anything said by a more liberal poster.

I would say that implementing such a censorship rule is a rather liberal idea and such a rule(and even those who may not be asking for a rule, but get bent out of shape over the name issue) perpetuates the "pussification of college athletic fans"(to borrow a term from the martyr).

Just sayin...

Am I wrong?

Would implementing censorship and name "regulation" not be a rather liberal idea?
