If anything this hire should make the current gem of your recruiting class, RB Rushel Shell, very happy as he's the type RB that Chryst has made his hay with at Wisconsin.

Next step is recruiting a massive but yet fast OLine to compete w/ ACC schools in a few years.

All he has to do is recruit to the style BC was playing when they joined the league, and Pitt will be competing for ACC crowns relatively soon.
