Only 8 turnovers. MoState is just a little better than us right now. We can't shoot from behind the arc, other than WN, and I guess that's a problem. Not a whole lot you can do about that, except maybe get more 3 point shots for Will We shot 29% from behind the arc, which is pretty consistent with what we've been doing all year. We were about 50% from inside the arc, so I guess that's where are shots need to come from. Again, like I predicted 3 point defense was poor. They had a ton of open looks. Lucky they only hit 40% of them.

And a bunch of them came when we substituted in the first half, and they made their run to take the lead. That second bunch didn't do a very good job of guarding the perimeter.

Had to miss this one. Glad to know we did not get blown out. 8 turnovers is comforting. What's it gonna take to hit more 3's?

We are getting better.

We could have won that game. Jackson taking shots from outside his range with a lot of shot clock left hurt us ans Steve not putting he starters back in to stop the runs.

With that said, by playing the bench we are investing in the bench, so come conference they can play.

That makes sense. He knows that it's all about getting a good seed in the tournament and winning it. He needs to figure out who's going to get him there and giving many of his players a chance to make the rotation. Not a bad idea, even though it frustrates the crap out of paying fans like us.

Personally, I am against playing so many kids unless you Re going to press. We play better when we press.
