I like the look of it. One really tough game, one in-state FBS rival, one winnable FBS game, and an in-state FCS rival. Hopefully all future schedules will look like this one.

RE: ECU Non-Conference Schedule 2012
Season Tickets should still be strong.

Having Chapel Hill and VaTech at home help push our numbers through the roof last season.
USM and UCF at home helped too.

This year with App State and Navy OOC...
Memphis and Marshall @ Home
And I think UTEP and Houston @ Home

App State actually really helps boost this slate.
The real selling point would be that we should* beat all these teams:
Three of these matchups are seeking revenge from 2011
The Navy Game is still revenging the beat down they handed us in Dowdy in 2010.
Winning at home is something we need to get back in the habit of doing.

I see us matching 2010 season ticket sales

Have you guys heard when the game with South Carolina will be? I read on one of our message board that it might be Nov 3. Either way, look forward to playing you guys again.

I agree that I think it will be good to always be playing a FCS team especially now that CUSA is losing some teams to the Big East which will make number of wins more important for us to get national attention.

Got to get my vacations lined up to go to So Car for that game. I haven't been there since the last time ECU went during Hurricane Floyd.
