Wow ...17 1st half pts. against Lipscomb ? Kennesaw does have 5 guys on the court , right ? And 1 of those is a preseason all-conference, and another is a senior... where is the passion ? The fight ? The desire to WIN ? Getting tough to watch...

Much better second half... still lot of work to do. No depth. Not gonna be too difficult to stop a team if you only need to stop a couple of guys. However, they did not give up...sorry for being a bit rough on a couple guys earlier. But we do need some leadership.

I wouldn't get too up/down with the wins/losses right now. It will take until January to get a better feel for this team and, more importantly, for the future of the program. Trusting in a new offense and way of doing things takes time and "buy in" from all the players. It's too easy for the players to fall back into what they've been doing when a game gets tough.

Belmont is a quality program with depth and experience. We'll see how things shake out later in the year, but I'd be surprised if they didn't win the conference again. Realistically, year 3 will be a much better idea of what we have on/off the court. Easy for me to say, but we have to have patience. As long as they play hard, we will have some surprising wins and some bad losses. Missouri is not going to be a fun game to watch....but, give 'em hell Owls!

All i know is Preston cant wait to get his recruits in there. We have some good talent, but no dicipline. its a shame. I actually spoke to Greg Murphy's father today outside my work. He was talking about how Preston really wants his recruits there, one being his son and a couple of his friends and doesnt like his team now.

Naw. Preston doesn't think he should take every shot, nor does he get pissed when somebody other than him takes one.
