If PennSt gets the death penalty or discontinues football, does the B10 add an eastern school? Heck, the B10 could kick out PennSt.

I don't believe any of those scenarios will take place (less than 1% any of them do), so speculation on a replacement would be empty IMHO.

But if it will make you feel better, I'll say a school in New Jersey.

Yes, people need to stop it. This is like wondering whether USC is going to leave the Pac-12 or Alabama is going to leave the SEC. It's pointless.

The Death Penalty came because of repeated warnings given to SMU and yet they continued to do what they were warned about. Even then the NCAA still didnt wish to give the DP and the man chosen to announce such passed out at the announcement due to the pressure.

Penn State deserves punishment for sure but people seem to love drama thus they grasp onto the idea of the Death Penalty when it is completely out of the question.

PSU isnt going anywhere. Their program will carry on. There are too many people and organizations making wads of money on the program for it to be otherwise

You think a school that averages 100,000 + fans per game is going to drop football? Like I said, you are punishing the players & fans for what? This will be a prosecution that will be focused on those that deserve it, not the school as a whole. To many off the wall post as of late on here.

I could see them leaving and joining with Alabama, Florida, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Southern Cal, Texas, Michigan, and Ohio State to form a Big-America Conference.

Oh, and the Big East is adding 7 schools by Tomorrow at the latest...
