PSU Grandjury indictment
I posted this on the on the conf realign board but i know alot of you guys have stopped going there so here is the grand jury indictment-pretty tough stuff to read.

------------------
I'm not sure if this was already posted but after reading some of the comments on the Joe Pa fired thread, especially the ones stating that he should continue to coach because "the number of young men he has helped far outweigh this one mistake," i began to realize not everyone really knows what all the hoopla is about.

So here is the Grand Jury Indictment 23 pages-I must warn you though, IT IS VERY GRAPHIC IN DETAIL, so don't open it if you are squeezy, easily offended or disgusted, or well lets just say if you were on the "lets keep Joe Pa" boat, you would be first in line to blow that boat up after you read this. click on the link below.

Warning-Very Graphic

""If in fact that has happened then there's a part of me that, like I mentioned earlier, that viscerally, you just want to go take care of it yourself, which is what I've always done and which is the wrong thing to do. But this is more than just a program, this is more than a football legacy. This is about people. And if we can't protect our kids, we as a society, are pathetic. So, that's where I stand on it." - Matt Millen when he started to choke up talking about this.

"If what I was told tonight about the details of the new allegation in Sandusky child sex case is true, it will horrify the public."

"I can confirm there will soon be new, major allegation involving child sex abuse in Sandusky case. Told tonite it could come before Saturday"

State Penn is screwed.

That it is, Joey. But the saddest part is all the people wondering about JoePa and PSU, who haven't given one single thought to those who were abused...

I just saw what this new "rumor" is. I really, really hope it isn't true. IF it is, and that is a big if, I think Penn State might have to shut down the FB program for a while. Absolutely horrid allegation.

What is it?

How could it possibly get any worse?

EDIT: Holy crap. Just listened to the radio interview. http://audio.weei.com/a/48513214/mark-ma...ndusky.htm

Short of it: Sandusky was pimping children out to big boosters, and Penn State forced him to retire in exchange for a cover up. (rumors)

Unfortunately Mark Madden is such a tool that its hard to know if what he is telling the truth or not.

Bad man, if this is true. I just don't know what to say.

If that rumor is true they ought to shut the whole school down for a while.

That's actually a very real possibility, bearcatfan, now that the Department of Education is involved. Federal statutes were ignored, regarding the rights of these kids. If Penn State is found to have violated the Clery Act, they could lose their federal accreditation as an institution of higher learning...

Whow! I never thought about it ever getting to that point but after reading that act it does make sense of how Penn State the Institution could go down for good. There are all these other rumors going about, especially the-pimping out of kids-rumor that would take this incident out of the athletic department and into the academia, but we'll see how far that goes and who were involved.
