If Pitt had a competent QB...
... Pitt would be undefeated this year. Seriously, it's that bad at Pitt when it comes to QB talent.

I know what you mean. If Va Tech had a couple more wideouts & the discipline on defense to stop the triple option, we'd be national champs! :O

LOL, it may look like what I'm saying is trivial, but probably haven't seen Pitt's QB play this year. Never have I ever seen a QB make so many moronic errors on a weekly basis. Add to that that the guy couldn't throw an accurate pass longer than 14 yards to save his ass. It's that bad.

Sunseri is the worst QB I have ever seen play major college football.

Have you watched much SEC football this year? Most of their QBs couldn't even beat out Sunseri! SEC defense? Hmmm...

I'm not sure if you're serious. They were decent IMO because on the one hand they were great at getting turnovers. However, they were not very good at stopping the power running game plus they were weak at taking away the TE in the center of the field. I'd say definitely solid, but not great by any means. You don't let a team like Syracuse march down the field for a 9 min drive when you have them pinned back at their own 11 yard line.

No sarcasm at all (this time). Overall solid D for Pitt. Not stifling (yet), but something to build on. Nice addition to ACC.
