This is Conference USA's message board of which Louisiana Tech is not an affiliate. I really don't see where you have a say in this matter. While your opinion is surely noted, it doesn't change the fact that La Tech is not in CUSA and that CUSA has no real reason to expand especially with their MWC alliance.
