When the agenda opening minutes read......
"There has not been a determination that the support for such a venture warrants this expenditure, among students and fans", the writing is not on the wall, it's etched in it.

Folks, I'm not trying to show pessimism, I'm being realistic. If there was a snowballs chance in eternal torment of this being a consideration, it would have been placed on the agenda. They are sure not going to be shown up now.

It definitely won't be reconsidered this time around, but if everyone raises enough hell it could come back up in the future.
