Mackin has spoken to some major donors, but he needs our help. He needs the masses to line up behind him or he has no leverage.

As if Mackin had a choice.

Had you rather have Mackin running UAB athletics to the best of his ability with one hand tied behind his back, or one of PBJ's or Portera's minions?

I am guessing that Mackin tried to fire Callaway, Callaway went crying to PBJ, & the results are this.

There may be plenty of other opportunities to bash Mackin, but I don't think now or the foreseeable future is one of those opportunities.

I trust Mackin and Garrison. I think they have worked hard to try to get things done. They were doing everything they were supposed to for this OCS. They are clearly not the problem here.
