WE won... but we are not a good team. Period. I just threw up in my mouth a bit after watching that mess of a game.

Any win is a good win, but we are really shakey out there on defense. Worst in years and years.

we only gave up 555 yards and 220 on the ground.

This defense is no worse or no better than it has been the past 4 or 5 years

A win, as ugly as it was, stops a skid from becoming a true free-fall.

7 TDs in the second quarter. I wonder what the record is for most TDs in a quarter for a MAC game.

The difference that I'm seeing is that we seem to be using a LOT of young guys quite a bit on D. Wasn't so a few years ago or at least didn't seem to be.

But as for results, can't argue with your premise.

How about we have a few minutes and actually be happy about the win instead of being so nasty and negative? You'll have plenty of time to meltdown today and tomorrow.

Oh what the heck, WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR DEFENSE SINCE THE 2ND QUARTER OF THE NIU GAME?!?!?

Our Defense looked magnificent during the OOC schedule. I wouldn't replace Cohen, I would just have them go back to what they were doing before the NIU game.

The game today...love that we won...wasn't inspired though. Left me feeling uneasy.

Would LOVE to know what caused the slippage, is it something that NIU caught accidentally and everyone else is exploiting? I thought our D was our strength this year!

On 4th down the person that fumbled the ball is the only one on the offense who can recover it... I think.

I believe that the rule says on 4th down you can't fumble it FORWARD into the endzone and recover it.

Is it college football's version of a rule to deal with the possibility of a "Franco Harris miracle?"
