If this team finishes in the top two or three in the conference this season, Joe should be Coach of the Year in the Belt. Of course I know he won't be satisfied unless they get to the NCAA again. Wouldn't that be something. If they were to win this year, they could dominate for the next three or four seasons with all the young players starting this year.
