Registration at Redmen.com has been closed since late 2003. Too bad, because it's a premiere site. I'm not sure why it has remained closed.
Other sites you can join include:
<a href='http://www.bigeastboards.com/bbs/' target='_blank'>http://www.bigeastboards.com/bbs/</a> or
<a href='http://bigeastboard.proboards42.com/' target='_blank'>http://bigeastboard.proboards42.com/</a>
I'm sure all these sites will get lively once practice begins.
Yes, the building next to the bookstore is Carnesecca Arena, the former Alumni Hall. Hopefully it'll be revamped.
Welcome, St John's is a good school.

1. Students do get in for free. I don't know about grad students, but not too many underclassmen took the school up on the offer. That means you have a chance for good tickets on the floor.
2. New York is a Rangers town. Even Long Island. The Islanders and Devils are second class citizens even when the Rangers suck, which is always. Even when the Devils win the Stanley Cup and the Islanders are okay, you can get tickets. The Rangers are usually sold out.
3. I don't know the answer to this.
