I understand you, BUT could the schedule maker count on decent weather at 7:00 p.m.?

Would EMU fans turn out if it was 35 - 40 degrees and breezy???

Sure some folks can't make 1:00 start but isn't 1 kind of a traditional start for football games?

Just because a 1:00 kick-off does not suit a few does not mean it is the wrong time to start the game. No time will suit everyone.

1:00 is by far the most logical time to start. It is late October people and homecoming. How many young families and older alums would want to sit through a cold evening game? Very few. The best chance for good weather and to maximize potential for attendance is 1:00.

Last week at CMU they had a 3:00 start. While very windy it was comfortable in the first half. Once the sun started to set in the second it got VERY cold.

BTW - I have a long drive for the game and like the 1:00 start. It means I will be home by 6:30-7:00 and can still enjoy my evening. 04-cheers

Go Green!

Agree, 'Boot.

Homecoming games are never night games to the best of my knowledge.
