WVU - Rutgers, 3:30pm ABC

I was hoping for a night game (although I knew that was impossible) but the 3:30 ABC National slot is definitely good.

Isn't a 3:30 game on ABC actually regional, whereas 3:30 on ESPN or ESPN are actually national?

Yes

So far its the only game that day at 3:30 on ABC.

Big Ten will always have a game in that slot - it's a choice between Michigan State vs. Nebraska or Illinois vs. Penn State. Probably going to be the former.

Its a regional slot. Either Michigan St.-Nebraska or Illinois-Penn St at 3:30pm (determined on 10/23), plus a Big 12 game along with West Virginia-Rutgers. No ACC or Pac-12 game on ABC during that slot on 10/29. Pac-12 will have a primetime game (Stanford-USC) & Clemson-GT was set for 8pm, but it could air on ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.

Its regional and WVU-RU will be seen only on ABC.

If your ABC shows
WVU-RU or Baylor-Oklahoma St.....ESPN2 will show either MSU-NEB or Ill-Penn St.
a Big Ten Game...ESPN2 will show Baylor-Oklahoma St.

Are one of the above supposed to be ESPN2?

Meant ESPN2. ESPN will be showing Oklahoma-Kansas St. at 3:30pm nationally.
