Alliance Needs a $20 million entry fee/exit fee
After this realignment phase is over with and the Alliance adds teams to get back to 24 teams....once all that happens, the Alliance needs to put some teeth into their conference and do a B12 type binding agreement.

The assumption may be made be BE invitees that the doors to CUSA and MWC will remain open if they need to come back. I think the Alliance needs to address this issue. If the BE implodes, I think the ALliance needs to go on record now and state that, if the Alliance expands, it will choose among the left behind BE and that might not necessarily be the team that left CUSA or MWC. For example, one of Houston or SMU might be invited back but not both. One of USF or UCF might be invited back but not both. This is based on the assumption of FIU, FAU, UNT, and UTSA being in the Alliance and we don't need more than one other team from Florida or Texas.

24 teams would mean 11 conference games.

Yes im sure a mid-major wouldn't jump at the chance to have a BCS school in it's conference. Dummy. Also you think these schools would okay an exit fee of their years revenue? Or that they would pay a years revenue to get into a mid-major? Say someone says "sure heres 20 mil im outta here!"...and they have to replace them, do you punish the replacement school by saying..."hey come on in...but first give us everything in your pocket."

Didn't you lose a bet and aid you would quit posting if you lost? You never say anything useful and usually just bash non-AQ's (Because St.John's football is so damn spectacular). Why bother?

So this idea was useful? No, but St. Johns is still better than Boise. One decade of relevance doesnt mean it will last forever. Oh i cant wait until you drop off into obscurity. You are one bad coach away from being a nobody again. Us? A top ten all time wins in BBall school who has a long history of winning over decades who plays in the most famous arena.
