Does $10 M BE Exit Fee send the opposite message?
In today's BCS world, $10 million is chump change. If I were in the invitee's shoes and as I look at the paltry $10 M exit fee, the question I have is this: What kind of fool do you take me for?

The increase in the exit fee is one positive step in terms of stability, however, attaching it to the condition 4 schools (BSU, UH, SMU & AFA) all must join is two steps back.
