I hear you on Idaho. I guess if they're football-only it's okay. For USF fans you'd probably be in the Eastern division and have to visit once every 4 years. For Cincinnati fans we'd have to visit every other year.

And I can assure you we are very excited to be in the Big East. Of course our board is exploding right now with excitment. Can't wait for the Offical announcement. I hope all the current teams will stay and give this new league a chance. I think it has a chance to be very good. Someone on our board says it would be ranked 3rd right now in Sagarin rankings right behind SEC, and Big 12. Not too shabby.

Still a lot of rumors out there tonight about Air Force and Boise. I guess we will find out if true soon.

That will certainly get sped up now. I am hearing breaking ground as early as February and Name rights should be very interesting. Same with the Hof getting a refitting and the BB could explode. Already the 6th best class (did they know something last month?).

It would be incredible to start in our new conference in 2013 with the first game to christen the new stadium being a Big East game. Talk about excitment.

I went to CUSA Championship last year between SMU and UCF. I was seriously impressed. What's not to like? Beautiful campus, Orlando, new facilities and gorgeous Chicks-almost as hot as SMU girls. Huge student body. Seriously UCF is ready

By the time SMU plays its first game in the Big East we will have about 140 Million Dollars in privately raised donations for completed new football stadium, renovated BB coliseum, Indoor Practice Facility and Basketball Practice Facility-all within a little over a decade. We've been Big Time before and we've got our program straightened out after 2 decades of academic admission restrictions

As i've said....Houston is a great addition. I also like SMU, Navy, AF, and of course Boise.

Cautiously optimistic and looking forward to welcoming you good folks to Houston in fall of 2013...or whenever we start in the BE.

I think they were about 18,000 fans at the SMU game to watch their 4-1 ballclub take on the defending C-USA champs UCF.

Have fun watching your teams play in front of nobody down there. I hope the Big East implodes ASAP :).

Wow all the love from ecu and uab fans. I understand ecu fans frustrations but the be will survive
