Even with that penalty, the FG would've never happened without that 12 men on the field penalty. <img border="0" alt="[Bang Head]" title="" src="graemlins/banghead.gif" />

That, and they got robbed on that Michigan "fumble" on 4th down. They said the reciever caught it and fumbled, but he never had possesion.
