Yeah, I'm not happy with 51% of the working public paying 100% of all taxes, and the other 49% that don't pay sh*t bitching and protesting that we should pay more. Fool.

Rebel, if you would truly listen you would hear that raising taxes is not the only thing this movement is about. Again, it's mainly about Wall Street and Wall Street money controlling our government through money and influencing legislation that benefits them at the expense of the have nots.

Can you honestly say that our government and the legislation it churns out is not controlled by special interest money?

Their "anger" seems to be very selective and, sorry, shouting "CHE!" isn't going to make me look at them as anything other than Marxist kooks hellbent on destroying Capitalism.

Again, 99% my ass.

Why did the protesters leave out unions?

I want to get a Bumper Sticker that says "I am the One Percent".

And by the way, here are the "demands" of the Chanting Zombies down at Occupy Atlanta...

1. Rename Woodruff Park (where they are presently camping out) to Troy Anthony Davis Park. (after the dirtbag that killed the Savannah Police Officer)

2. They want Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed to spend a night with them at the Park

3. They want assurances from Reed that they won't be arrested.

http://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta/occupy-a...98255.html

Sounds like to me some wannabe Leftie Zombies just caved on their demands for World Revolution

And how many tea party people were arrested compared to these idiots? The tea partiers didn't make a mess, tresspass, use drugs, or walk around naked. Probably because they had to work the day after their tea party gathering.

Its funny that the things that the liberals said about the (hijacked) tea party, are the same things being said about these protestors by conservatives. If I was there, I'd direct these guys to the Federal Reserve bank and tell them to give 'em hell. Wall Street is just a result of the major problem (the FED).

There's a lot of stereotyping going around, sure. But I'm not sure I'd say the "same things" are being said.

Mocking their work ethic, appearance and hygiene still seems a lot tamer than being constantly painted as violent, racist religious fanatics.

Meanwhile, speaking of violence, the coast isn't clear yet on these OWS protests. Mix enough hoodie-wearing leftist-anarchists (whatever that is) into the situation, and the chance of some torched cars, smashed store windows and plenty of 'five finger discount' looting is just a breath away.

Now they find out - not only can they not get a job in the field that they picked to “follow their bliss” butt they’re expected to pay their loans back too! That is so unfair. No wonder they want to spread the the other 1%’s wealth around.

Butt seriously: why are they occupying Wall Street? Shouldn’t they be occupying the administration buildings of the universities? Aren’t they the ones cranking out worthless degrees that they’re charging $10-100,000 a year for? How, exactly, is this Colgate-Palmolive’s fault? Other than the fact they’re successful, greedy capitalists?

The older folks in those pics... okay, I may disagree with them on a lot of ideological things, but I kinda get their grumpiness.

The college-aged ones...? The 18-year-old girl with the nose ring "paying with $ she doesn't have" but would gladly take yours... The 22-year-old dude who somehow has a "killer resume" and is angry the world isn't bowing at his feet... The ones spending 7+ years in college getting degrees in oversaturated careers...

Funny enough someone on another board I read was insistent that the Fed was the result, not the cause.

Being 23 myself I want them to ask one of them, what did you plan to do with your major? I can't see how many of them will come up with an answer.

It seems as if every generation has people that are unwilling to conform to the system and we end up with some version of the same thing over and over again. And now there are 70+ Occupy _____, with 70+ different messages.

Those liberal idiots think they can major in whatever they want and people will just be forced to provide them with a 6-figure job.

I'd like for you to tell me what the people have stolen from these tattooed, pierced, dyed-headed fruitbats. I'm not part of "their" 99%, which is false anyway. I'm an investor, as are most people in this nation smart enough to know that this isn't some f'n zero-sum game. Herman is right; if these fools want to protest something, head down to the White House.

Oh, but it's not protesting power-brokers, or some perceived theft. No, it's protesting Capitalism and calling for the destruction of our economic model.

I await the war these idiots want. Let's see who winds up still standing. 99% my ass. That gaggle of morons is more like the 19% of liberals roaming among the rest of the civilized.
Well, assuming they pay taxes, one could say that YOU stole from them since you get paid in tax dollars. 05-stirthepot

Wow, that's like being compared to ACORN. Besides, those idiots are unemployed/unemployable so what taxes would they pay?

If you want to lobby to get vital services AKA a 24 hour technical support line, training, technical manuals we write, etc. cut for soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines, many who are downrange right now, be my guest. Hell, get Obama on board.

Otherwise, STFU about it.
