Otto, my grandfather was wired in to professional wrestling years ago . He was a commissioner in northern Ohio. I saw many, many matches and saw carnage you wouldn't belive, and I mean the real deal, not the choreographed crap that passes as wrastling these days. Yes, they are entertainers, but only to a point.
Spent a lot of time "backstage" and saw lots of stitches, splints etc. Times have changed.Those old timers beat the sht out of each other, don't kid yourself.

I remember the Sheik cheated a lot and cut his opponents often. Always pulled something out of his boots.
