I believe that when the BE does expand in a couple of years it will only add one team, not four. I think nine teams gives you a balanced home schedule and you won't be splitting the pie twelve ways. Conf Championship games are not a necessity in college football today.

In my opinion, there just aren't enough quality teams in our neck of the woods to go to 12. It would have to make sense financially. If we split, it'll be 9 or 10 tops, IMHO.

Unfortunately I don't think you can edit the title of a thread. 9 teams is ideal because it would allow the Big East teams to have 4 conference home games, 4 conference road games and 4 OOC games.
