I'm hoping David Drew can get an insider's perspective on when these verbals will be signing and what year they will be coming to Kalamazoo.

For now, I'm going by Chris Heisenberg's list for anticipated arrival dates.

I am thinking about removing Colten Hayes, it appears he will no longer be making it to Kalamazoo. He is currently playing with the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL (same league as the K-Wings). I would assume that once you play in the ECHL, your NCAA eligibility is gone. Experts, am I right on this?

I thought he had academic issues... maybe that's why he went pro instead.

Had posted on M-Live that recruit Chris Dienes had been placed on the 45 day IR list by Cedar Rapids due to a broken wrist. Have since learned that he had surgery on the wrist and is expected to be out 6 to 8 weeks. Assuming a full recovery, should be fine for us in the future.

According to David Drew's twitter, Kenney Morrison from the Omaha Lancers has committed to WMU

Looks like we've gotten our first commitment for the Class of 2014. According to Chris Heisenberg's 2012 list, Luke Shiplo from the Georgetown Raiders (OJHL) has committed to WMU!

Sounds like a huge get and he's from an area that Murray will be tapping early, and often...CANADA.

Future Bronco hockey player Mike McKee was selected to play in the USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game. Congratulations Mike!

According to USHL's Twitter, Colton Hargrove from the Fargo Force has committed to WMU.

No indication of when he'll be on campus, yet. Based on his age (born in 1992), I'm assuming he'll be on campus in either 2012 or 2013.

He definitely fills a need the Broncos need badly, some size up front.

I'm going to try and do some digging to see who else he had offers from.
