Red - WSU, Ore St, Oklahoma, USC, Ariz St, Stanford, Utah
Blue - UW, Oregon, Okla St, UCLA, Arizona, California, Colo

Cross-division rivalries:
1. Zipper pairings (WSU/UW, Ore St/Oregon, etc.)
2. Oklahoma/Colorado; USC/California; Stanford/UCLA; WSU/Oregon; UW/Ore St; Arizona/Utah; Ariz St/Okla St
3. The other five matchups rotate on a 10-year cycle; everybody outside of California gets 6 trips to Southern California and 6 trip to Northern California every 10 years.
