UCF fans get in a pissing match with USM
I am seeing a trend. Watch out UAB and Memphis, big bad UCF with their rivals posters are coming for you next!
Honestly, other than a good natured jab every now and then I have never given UCF fans a hard time. Since their rivals posters started coming around here they are quickly becoming as bad as South Carolina fans for their big talk after accomplishing very little.
other threads might be bad, any UCF fan can admit, but no UCF fan is bragging in this thread. Only pointing out how ridiculous it is that USM AD said they are a top 5 DMA in the entire nation after he claimed New Orleans and Memphis as a media market. I should have made a handle with RICE as my team so people could look past the UCF part and see this for what it is, calling out the USM AD for saying something completely false and retarded.
Also, another USM poster in this thread compared USM to FLORIDA AND ALABAMA. Talk about delusional.
You havent proved anything..other than you think something so that should be the truth. Have you provided any eveidence that what he said was false? Nope...but b/c a few UCF fans say it false...wel it must be....
youre right, USM is the #5 DMA in the nation.
Thank you for finally understanding!

Lol, Mike don't give up. Fight the good fight (i.e. keep trolling these fools).
See ya Nov. 12th Golden Eagles and your millions upon millions of fans watching at homes throughout the southeast.
P.S. This comment should be good for at least another page.

Will you be making the trip to Hattiesburg this year? Hope so. Would love for you to get to see the 4th loss to us in a row live.

Good move mods, UCF fans hijacked this thread and turned something innocent into a pissing contest. They are quickly becoming South Florida fan clones.

I think we'll have a better picture of how that game will go after your game vs. Marshall and our win vs. BC.

Good question... what schools do you people think don't pull their own weight revenue wise?
I'm guessing, but I'll say
Iowa St.
Baylor
Wake forest
Rutgers
USF
Oregon St
Vanderbilt
Kansas St
Agree with your list and add Duke, Indiana, Minnesota and Colorado. Problem is the Big East would still take any of those (as well as the other conferences) to fill slots than take a UCF, ECU, Southern Miss, Troy etc.. So although 64 slots and 67 current BCS AQ schools, the non AQ that are at the top of the prospective conferences year in and year out (except for maybe a Boise) stay where they are at. TCU 13-0 last year, with a ROSE BOWL win over Wisconsin and no consideration for National Title. That says it all.

AQ offers this and does not need to change confrences, but it is not excluded. He is simply trying to put the unit in place as he can, if we can call AQ, better facilities, increased funding (which he did, to grow steadily since coming to ECU).
