Hey all

I got in contact with a bar owner in wrigleyville, he is an NIU alum that I know through a few connections.

He is willing to host a NIU vs. KU watch party.

The bar name is BEER and is located at clark and sheffield.

The owner's words were "Yeah I'm all in". He said he would order the game.

He also mentioned making it a weekly event if people were interested.

I want to gauge interest before I commit. Would anyone else be interested in this? I've gotten a couple interested over text message, I want to see if anyone else is interested as well.

I'm in +1, please let us know. Also, tell the owner I used to own a bar in Chicago, we hosted a few NIU games (including the Silicon Valley Bowl), the response was good, the alumni association even did an e-blast for us....

I don't think you want to watch it in my place anyway. We would have all been in my room because there's nothing in my house lol. I don't think it was what you were imagining it being.
