RE: Providence turning around??
Ledo's a great get, but there are dissenting opinions on his headcaseness--four high schools in four years according to this:

But if he isn't, they have Ledo, Dunn, and allegedly another big recruit on the way--possibly Nerlens Noel. If Ed Cooley turns out to be a legit coach and recruiter it's great for Providence, since he's an actual Providence native and if they can keep him happy--hey, they'll finally have a great coach that'll stay there!

BTW--does anyone else think somebody whispered to the underperforming Catholic schools, "hey, psss, you guys have to start acting like basketball superpowers if you want to justify your presence in this league and this league's existence." St John's hires Lavin and has an amazing recruiting class, PC starts getting big names, Hall might be on the verge of landing Kyle Anderson, and DePaul...ummm...was undefeated in France. And still plays in Chicago!
