RE: Miami/Maryland- both have BE ties
I guess the TV ratings here will be off the chain again for the ACC. Nothing to do with who's playing and more to do with being the only game aired at the time. Expect Miami attendance to be in the pitts this year(no offense to the Panthers who draw a respectable crowd every year.)

I think Miami players got vertigo looking at all those colors on the Maryland uniforms. They looked like they were dressed by Lady GaGa. Miami lost because their uniforms were boring.

P.S. Miami had a lot of starters suspended for this game. I mean on fourth and eight in the opening drive, Edsell went for it AGAINST MIAMI. He had no respect for this team.

Tell Miami the 1990's are officially over.

I think they did.

Miami lost the game...and Maryland lost when their players were made to wear those helmets, shoes and jerseys.

They probably liked them.

Maryland's play looked good last night, but you never know what a first game is telling you until a couple of weeks later.

Maryland's next game is the WVU game. And since Maryland played Miami while the 'canes had 8 starters on the defense serving a suspension, you really don't know a whole lot about either team. IMO if the Terps had played Miami at full strength the game would have turned out differently. We'll find out more in 2 weeks...
