Again, including future member TCU

Friday
FIU at Louisville, 7pm (ESPN)

Saturday
Rutgers at UNC, 12:30pm (Affiliate List plus SNY and ESPN3.com/GamePlan)
Norfolk St. at West Virginia, 1pm (Root Sports Pittsburgh, MASN2 and ESPN3.com/GamePlan)
Maine at Pittsburgh, 1pm (ESPN3.com exclusive)
Cincinnati at Tennessee, 3:30pm (ESPN2)
TCU at Air Force, 3:30pm (Versus)
Rhode Island at Syracuse, 4:30pm (Time Warner-NY, SNY and ESPN3.com/GamePlan)
Ball St. at USF, 7pm (Bright House Sports, Altitude2 and ESPN3.com/GamePlan)
Connecticut at Vanderbilt, 7:30pm (CSS, SNY, CSN Mid-Atlantic Plus, CST and ESPN3.com/GamePlan)

There's a very real chance that the UConn game will be joined in progress on SNY.

This is going to be a tough week, a couple trap games (Ball State and FIU are better than the rep), would love to see the Big East have a winning record verses SEC teams this year!

3 big games there, Rutgers vs UNC, Cincy vs Tennessee, and Uconn vs Vandy.

Would be nice to get at least 2 of them.

Also, looking at this makes me really want our next deal to be with NBC or Fox. Most of our games get burried on espn3. There are too many mouths to feed at ESPN, we'll never get good tv coverage there.

Ball State is NOT a good team. They won one game last year. Indiana is just worse. The Big Ten is overrated every year. Just check last year's bowl results, or the year before, or the ..............

That's all well and good, but the games @UNC, @Vandy and @Tenn are not part of our TV deal. Our conference is offering up three games vs. FCS teams and games vs. the Sun Belt and MAC.

Ask yourself whether these are really appealing for a TV partner.

I agree with that, but there have been games over the last few seasons that ESPN has pushed to ESPN3 (Pitt-RU in 08, WVU-ECU/ Pitt-Navy/ RU-Cuse in 09; 2010 was not bad). I have other bigger problems with ESPN's coverage of the Big East anyway. Like having 2 games on a Friday night at the exact same time.

Yep, we need to keep conference games off the online exclusives and two Friday games was a major whiff.
