Wrong is wrong, Terry, I agree with you. Most USF fans seem to be a much better quality fan than that, I hope they don't become Miami lite (thug U).

I wish a good game to both teams, but I will cheer for USF, they are still conference in football.

I don't have any reason to think that about USF fans, at all.

It is probably one young, dumb guy. Just a shame that vandalism happens anywhere.

When I was a teenager, I did dumb things too. It just never occurred to me to deface or damage the property of others, though.

I understand that all BE football fans are rooting for USF. That is an easy call.

Why do fans do that? Do they really think it makes the school/team look better?

There are jerks everywhere, dude. They always tend to make themselves extremely noticeable, so you can't miss 'em...

Sometimes an idiot decides to put himself in the position of representing the whole. There are bad fans everywhere. Its a sad reality.

FWIW, there's been no chatter about this on any of the USF boards. Typically when somebody does something like this, it's an attention grab, and I have trouble imagining them not seeking that attention in a place where USF fans "congregate."

I am told that it was done in two places on the hockey arena. I have seen no photos to prove it, though.

Done by someone who needs to (and hopefully will) grow up, but not a big deal.

Last time that they played at UCF, the same type of knuckleheads got access to a research building on campus (went in as someone was leaving) and distroyed one of the men's restroom.

Idiot fans are everywhere...at every school...but this, if the above is true, wouldn't be the first USF vandalism on another campus.

Probably 6-7 years ago when USF Basketball played at FLORIDA, some USF students spray painted graffiti all over UF's campus...but they were eventually caught, made to come back and paint over it.

Hopefully this situation at ND is a false rumor.
