Did anyone else upgrade to club seats at PBS?
Season tickets arrived in the mail today. I have the same seats for both PBS games, section 134, row 19. Now, I upgraded my WVU seats to club level. The tix say "club level" and the face value is $80 (the face on the UL tix is $57). Since I upgraded to club, shouldn't I be in the club level (the padded seats in the 200 level)? I called the ticket office, but they were already closed. Has anyone else come across this?

I upgraded as well, but have not seen my tickets yet. I was disappointed there was no email confirmation that I had been upgraded, just a bank statement confirming my check had been deposited.

I got a call from the ticket office who tracked me down from this board. It appears to be an isolated incident and will be taken care of. Good customer service. 04-cheers

I got my tickets today. Our seats for the PBS games look like the same ones we had for Oklahoma.

Same thing here. I paid for Club Level, tickets say $80 on them, and they have me 7 rows from the field in Section 144. This better be fixed. My normal seats are 19 rows up.

Not too isolated.

Well, that's what I was told. Call the ticket office on Monday. They'll make it right.

Season ticket holders that did not opt-in to select seats for the Club level upgrade were placed by the computer in seating similar to their Nippert seats. So a few of us were sent seats in the lower sections of PBS.

Props to UC athletics for determining the problem and identifying those affected. They even offered to personally deliver revised tickets to your home or office. 04-cheers
