PENN STATE won by 10 in Happy Valley. They were favored by more. PSU is ranked 43 by SL and received top 25 votes from many publications. PSU has the #1 defense in the B10 and one of the best in the country.

Everybody wants the W, but USF has nothing to be ashamed of. They did better than most thought they would.
