So first base is near the right hash mark at the goal line.

Getting rid of a lot of good seats along the first base line. But that is probably the simplest/cheapest way to configure it.

On that field alignment, they become less and less good seats the further down the first base line you go.

Retrofitting a football field permanently into a former professional baseball stadium, you kind of either get rid of good seats along the third base line or the first base line. For Turner Field, keeping the 3rd base line keeps the football field running more or less North/South
