Yep. 250k sq feet of office space. Might as well use it.

How far is it from your campus and/or former athletic facilities and offices.

The stadium itself is maybe 1.2 miles from the center of campus. The north part of the property is maybe .7 of mile away. But this will be in essence the beginning of a "Summerhill" campus. There will be classroom and dorms built at the stadium property.
