Yoyo's seem to be a bit different than I remember when I was younger.

The "DUNCAN" brandname brings back memories of buying wood yo-yos in various colors with 4 "diamonds" in a blaze on each side to dress them up. I think the top ones cost 60 cents each. It was my first exposure to "Egyptian cotton" strings as the finest cotton fiber in the world. The cheaper makes would not "hesitate", a factor that made most tricks possible. Some could get just the right amount of wax on the strings loop end to get the right "touch" to get them to rewind at the right time.

I totally suck at yo-yo'ing.
