Thank God for that... yes, there is a sizable gulf coast presence in C-USA, and I hope they are all doing well.

Our prayers and thoughts are with those affected by this hurricane whether by loss of family or loss of home.

Hattiesburg is 60 miles north of the coast and had serious wind damage, but , of course, no tidal surge damage as our friends to the south..the eye of the storm passed 2 miles to the west of my house with catagory 3 sustained winds.....
