The WAC needs a new commissioner. One with new ideas. This guy has put a bunch of schools together that they could leave in 4 years.

Just from reading articles, too far back to recall, on the internets :) , I get the impression that the WAC presidents are the ones ultimately calling the shots and that Benson is relatively powerless, on the expansion front. Unless Benson is putting forward ideas that are just too good to veto, he's prolly being shot down on all fronts, since Montana and half the Big Sky rejected the WAC. Would've been smart for the WAC to initially go after Montana and Montana St at the same time, even though the WAC was only interested in Montana. Just my $.02
