Hey Pirates,
I remember 2 years ago you guys had the best D-line in the conference, but lost those guys to graduation and the NFL. After playing so many young guys last year, will your line be one of the best, or still struggle?

Sucks about your DB getting benched for the SC game. Are you guys deep in the secondary?

I hope you guys can break the top 25...as long as we're in this suck ars conference, we need some teams to step up.

Well... personally..

I'm trying to not pry and to let the defense surprise me. The less I know, the less expectations i develop: the better.

I'd like to think that there's only one direction it could go in.

It will be improved because it can't possibly get any worse with the talent we have coming in and the guys we're getting back from injury that were instrumental in the first half of the season.

Plus the switch to the 3-4 completely changed our depth situation, so now we're really deep on the defense.

Like others I shutter when I think about last year's D. Also, I try not to know too much about the upcoming group as it is better to be dumb than disappointed.

It couldnt get any worse with more or less talent.
