03-melodramatic But damn, it seems everybody in the world is wrong but UCF is always right! All UCF does is constantly blame everybody but UCF. Do we really want this crew in the Big East? If we have to let Villanova be the 10th team, at least they are honorable. 07-coffee3

I hope they hit UCF with punative damages after the appeal is over. UCF has been dragging the Plancher family through this since their son died, and they have shown no feeling for the kid - or his family - at all, other than a well worded statement from one of their lawyers (or PR people)...

So now the court agrees that they had a legitimate settlement offer and refused it. This insurance company truly has UCF by the short and curlies...

So now its up to 14 million with the court costs added to the 10 million.and they are still thinking of taking it higher in court
