Real Life Rambo
This is something to take our minds off expansion and TV contracts.

Rambo the movie is Hollywood make believe, but this guy is the real deal. He took on 30 Taliban fighters all by himself and won. Simply amazing!

In 2009 I did the "Trailwalker" in the South of England. It's 100km (62.4 miles) across some challenging terrain. It's organized to raise money for the Gurkha Welfare Trust.

Our team did it in 27 hours. The team of Gurkhas did it in about 9! Just to put that into perspective - that's two and a half marathons up and down hills.

These guys are actually amazing.

The Gurkha's regularly do forced marches along the foothills of the Himalaya. The south of England is a piece of cake by comparison...
