I hope I can come out to the ville for this game. The atmosphere is probably going to be off the hook.

Congrats on UL and Memphis on renewing their BB rivalry, and here is hoping that as long as UL and Pitt are still in the BE together, the Memphis/Louisville rivalry remains strong as annual OOC matchups.

Pitt's program is just fine, and I am not saying Memphis is great, but your not too far ahead of us relative to the amount of games played. I wouldnt be too cocky.
All time records

Pitt - All-time record, 671–483–42 (.579).
Postseason bowl record, 12–15

Memphis - All-time record, 432–449–33 (.491).
Postseason bowl record, 4–3–0

I'm not getting into a contest to compare our schools. It's not worth the effort.

your reply to his comment about being conference mates was that as long as you guys are in the conference together you hope it remains on "OOC" game. Maybe its just me, but it sounds kind of slightish. Whatever. No harm no foul. You just always seem to be dead set against any thought of Memphis even being considered for the Big East. Our opinions dont really matter. It just makes me curious what you have against Memphis. If you gave us a few years of good runs in football I think we would be a perfect fit.

Not the proper place to talk about conference alignment stuff, so I'll not comment here.

What? You are under .500 and they are nearly 200 wins above .500. There is a massive difference between those resumes.

I had the same thought. Memphis has nearly as many losses as Pitt, while the Panthers have almost 240 more wins. Not only that, but the Panthers have won nearly twice as many bowl games as the Tigers have played in...
